Crispy Trout Recipe
2 Trout Fillets Skin removed
1 Cup finely crushed Saltine Crackers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 Stick Butter or Margarine, melted
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Cut Trout fillets into serving size pieces. Mix crushed Saltine crackers, salt, celery salt, and garlic salt in a medium bowl, Dip trout fillets in melted butter then dip in the cracker crumb mixture. Coat both sides. In a skillet heat the olive oil to medium heat. Fry the fillets for 5 minutes or till golden brown then flip and cook the other side for till golden brown. Remove trout from the skillet and serve.
Alfredo Sauce
1 stick butter
1 cup heavy cream
pepper and salt to taste

2 cups of shaved Parmesan cheese
Heat up over a medium heat stirring constantly until thickened.
I have used this with venison also wild turkey and noodles. It's just soooo creamy and good!
BEST MARINATING SAUCE IN THE WORLD!!
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
6 tablespoons ketchup
2 - 3 shakes hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
*** mix ingredients together and pour over venison steaks
Let sit for at least 30 mins
Grill over an open fire

Wild Turkey Strips
- Cut into strips and tenderize.
- Dip in a light egg-wash.
- Coat in a mixture of flour and cracker crumbs.
- Fry in olive oil until golden brown.
- Salt & Pepper to taste.

Open Fire Pan Fry
Summer Squash cut and quartered
Zucchini Squash cut and quartered
Onions sliced
Bacon small slices
Pork sliced small
Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
Add to frying pan and cook over open fire until crispy

5 med. Potatoes diced
11/2 cups Small Carrots
1 cup Celery sliced
2 cups water
1/4 cup dry beef broth
Pressure Cooked for 45 mins.
added 1 cup french cut green beans at the end of cooking time.
